The opening of the auditorium of the House of Culture, to enjoy this space again, is getting closer and closer.
Once the works have been completed and received by the City of Alhama de Murcia, only the last phase remains: the purchase and installation of armchairs and curtains.
For this purpose, the contracting of this supply went out to tender last January through a simplified open procedure for lots, already completed, which is in the study phase of the best offer presented.
The first lot includes the supply and installation of 181 units of recognized brand seats, for an amount of 28,471.30 euros VAT included.
The second consists of the provision and installation of textile elements on stage, of velvet and plush, worth 6,254.30 euros VAT included.
It includes:
Approved rail of 9 m for the slide that allows the opening and closing of the curtain.
35.19 m2 of American curtain of 9 x 3.90 m, side opening with closure and cross in the center, made of high quality velvet fabric, fire retardant.
13.50 m2 of 9 x 1.50 m bamboo frame made of high quality velvet fabric, fire retardant.
Single phase 0.5 kW motor measuring unit with manual rail adaptation, power supply lines, including all accessories and radio system with remote control.
Both lots contemplate a guarantee period of two years, once the material has been received, so during that period the supplying companies will be in charge of urgent repairs, replacement for defects or anomalies, as well as the contribution of spare parts.
