The Food Well joins the commitment to Equality by participating as a benefactor of the International Women's Week, promoted by the Woman's Week Foundation, which celebrates its tenth anniversary in 2020, promoting the key role of women in Spanish society.
The company actively participates in the 'Group of Companies Committed to Equality and Diversity', whose objective is to design a path to equality, directed through a real commitment of those who make decisions of the organizations: entrepreneurs, directors and managers.
International Women's Week is a meeting that raises awareness and brings to the fore the commitment in each and every one of the objectives of the Woman's Week Foundation, which are: raising awareness and raising awareness on issues such as Equality and Women's Rights in any of its great axes of change, such as Leadership, Talent, Communication, Diversity, or Social Culture, among others.
