Since the pandemic that is fueling all of Spain began, there have been many signs of solidarity that are being evident by companies, groups or in this case, anonymous people who are altruistically collaborating, so that different professionals who they have to be working day by day in essential sectors, they can do it as safely as possible.
In Alhama de Murcia, two residents of the municipality, María Garcia López and María Carreño Morales, have carried out 50 protective screens, aimed at workers belonging to FCC Medio Ambiente in contracts for the collection of urban solid waste and street cleaning
To undertake this initiative, they have had the collaboration of several schools, as well as establishments that have defrayed the costs or have collaborated by donating the necessary material for its preparation.
Daily these workers, are performing throughout the municipality of Alhama de Murcia, under the guidelines set by the Hon.
Town hall, cleaning and disinfection tasks, of public spaces, streets, urban furniture, containers, as well as those points where a greater number of people are concentrated, such as access to supermarkets and food establishments, health centers, pharmacies, among others .
These tasks are being carried out to avoid the transmission and contagion of the coronavirus, transmitting security and tranquility to the population, when using the containers or those spaces where the neighbors have to move.
From the concession company FCC Medio Ambiente, they thank this initiative carried out with care and enthusiasm by these people towards our workers, while highlighting the professionalism and commitment that they are showing, in the face of this health crisis.
