The Tourism office returns to attend the public in person from tomorrow to tomorrow, adapted to hygienic-sanitary protocols to guarantee maximum safety in the service and according to the guidelines prepared by the Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality (ICTE). The office, which provided telephone and telematic information services during the health crisis, will open from June 24 to September 15 in summer time: Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 a.m.
to 2:30 p.m.
and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m.
to 1:00 p.m.As in other municipal offices, it is necessary to access with a mask and use the disinfectant solution at the entrance for proper hand hygiene. The maximum capacity is two people, so if inside that number of authorized people had already been reached, users should keep their turn and wait outside. Another of the security measures adopted is the elimination of paper brochures from the self-service area.
QR codes have been enabled so that visitors can consult them on their mobile phone or, if they prefer them on paper, they must request them individually at the counter. Since the opinion of tourists and visitors is very important, the Tourist Office offers an online survey that can be completed by reading the QR code also available at the counter.
