| A young man, with a large criminal record, has been arrested and his sentimental partner has been investigated, both as alleged perpetrators of the crime of robbery with strength | The Civil Guard has recovered all of the stolen assets valued at more than 4,000 euros The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has carried out the operation 'Mule' in Alhama de Murcia, an investigation aimed at solving several thefts in homes and shops that has resulted in the arrest of a young man and the investigation of his sentimental partner, both as alleged perpetrators of three crimes of robbery with force in housing (1) and shops (2). The Benemérita has recovered all the stolen effects, among which are a computer, a television, personal documentation, drink bottles, kitchen utensils and cash, all valued at more than 4,000 euros. The investigation began last April, when the Civil Guard became aware of several robberies committed in homes and commercial establishments located in the urban area of ??the municipality of Alhama de Murcia. The investigations carried out by the civil guards focused on a young couple, settled in the municipality.
In addition, the man had a large criminal history. The agents found that despite the confinement, decreed by the Government on the occasion of the Covid-19 health crisis, they had been seen prowling around the outskirts of a disused commercial basement. Once the necessary indications were obtained, the Civil Guard carried out an inspection of the premises where the totality of the effects stolen in the three robberies were found, as well as the tools used to force the buildings. A computer, a television, personal documentation, as well as numerous and varied items from robbery in a bazaar have been recovered, such as bottles of alcoholic beverages, kitchenware and even cash. The 'Mule' operation has recently culminated in the arrest of a 23-year-old Spanish man with a large criminal history; and with the investigation of an 18-year-old Spanish woman, both as alleged perpetrators of three crimes of robbery with force. Those arrested, the effects recovered and the proceedings investigated have been placed at the disposal of the Investigating Court of Totana (Murcia).
