From this Monday, September 7, the Taxpayer Attention Office located in Condado de Alhama returns to provide face-to-face service, after being closed since last March 16, as a result of the declaration of a state of alarm due to the health crisis caused by the Covid-19.
During this time, the service has been provided by telephone and telematic attention, by email and by the electronic sub-office for tax management and municipal collection, as well as in person at the office located in Plaza de Las Américas.In addition, in this period, the services available at the branch have been expanded, with the possibility of practicing 34 types of self-assessments, without the need for a digital certificate, such as:Self-assessment for vehicle registration.Self-assessment of fees for issuing general documents.Self-assessment of fees for issuing urban documents.Self-assessment of urban enabling titles.Self-assessment of public road occupation with materials and debris.The company ASIREC, the collection management concessionaire, in collaboration with the Alhama de Murcia City Council and the external service for the prevention of occupational risks CUALTIS, have adopted the appropriate preventive and organizational measures to carry out the incorporation in person to the positions of job.For all these reasons, the office reopens to the public in its usual hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m.
