The Councilor for Youth, Antonio Espinosa, has held a meeting with the director of the Office of Employment and Training Service (SEF), Ana Caja, to share the actions carried out and future, both by the Youth Guarantee service of the City Council , as by SEF. The main theme of the meeting has been to address the detected needs for training and pre-training in young people under 30 years of age, specifically the coordination for the joint teaching of active job search workshops aimed at the young population to improve their employability (blended modality , online, etc.) in the face of the new normal, in addition to carrying out activities to encourage the training of the youth of the municipality. They have also talked about the profiles demanded by companies with integration possibilities for young people so that municipal counselors can give a better service to users.
Another issue that has been addressed has been about the actions of the City Council in the field of youth employment, in which they have reported the request for the Joint Employment and Training Plan (PMEF) aimed at the conservation and recovery of the heritage of sites and cataloged assets in the cultural landscape of Alhama.On the other hand, the Alhama de Murcia City Council and the SEF are going to sign a new agreement for the use of the Labor Orientation Platform (POL) and the Information System of Public Employment Services (SISPE) under the conditions established by the SEF.
