The Consistory has signed a new agreement with the urban conservation entity of the Alhama industrial park for an amount of 36,000 euros.The purpose of this agreement is to maintain the level of services, quality and image of the Alhama industrial park and to tend to the consolidation of hours of service and safety equipment and to increase, to the extent that budget availability allows, the level of hours and periodicity of the street cleaning service and other actions in the field of infrastructures.The agreement establishes the commitments assumed by the urban entity, among which is the conservation and repair of the vertical signage indicating streets and informational signs and traffic signs, the maintenance of all green areas of the complex, included in case of the expansion of El Valle, which are exclusive to the park.
Maintenance includes pruning, removing weeds or wild grasses, and cutting lawns.
In addition, the conservation entity will also take care of the maintenance of the irrigation and pruning systems of the palm trees.For its part, the Alhama City Council will be in charge of maintaining the sanitation, rainwater and supply network, as well as the water consumption of the green areas, the maintenance of the lights and the progressive replacement of the same with more modern and efficient ones.
