The collective for social promotion El Candil carries out throughout the month of November the training on cleaning surfaces and furniture in buildings and premises, in which a total of 15 unemployed people are participating, from the municipalities of Alhama de Murcia and Librilla.The purpose of this training action is to provide participants with the knowledge to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks of surfaces and furniture in buildings and premises, selecting the techniques, tools, products and machines to guarantee sanitation, conservation and maintenance, complying with the applicable regulations on health and safety.The course is being taught in the business incubator for women, with the collaboration of the Alhama de Murcia City Council.
It is part of the activities of the 'Labor Project: a step towards employability', an initiative that is co-financed by the Murcian Institute of Social Action by 20% and by the European Social Fund by 80%.Through this project it is intended to inform, train and guide unemployed people and people in a situation of social vulnerability on aspects related to access to the world of work.
This initiative aims to support the labor insertion process of those people who actively seek a change in their unemployment situation and find it particularly difficult to achieve it.
