This morning the elementary students of 5 ° A and B CEIP San Cristobal Gines Diaz rode his first market in the schoolyard, where you could buy coasters, magnets and keychains, made by themselves.
To do this, students have launched their own school cooperatives, "Atlantics" and "H2O" and have manufactured for a quarter products today have put on sale, and have quickly exhausted.
This activity is framed in the EME project, "Entrepreneurship in My School", a project aimed at primary school pupils from 9 to 13 years, where students create their own cooperatives and manufacture products that are then traded in a market created specifically for this draft.
The objective of the program is to inculcate the younger capabilities such as creativity, planning, cooperation, self-esteem or ability to make decisions.
The final phase of the project culminates with the celebration in Murcia of a mini-market in May, where students sell their products, settle debts with suppliers, return the capital initially invested and elect an NGO or social destination for benefits.
