The National Government has decreed official mourning until Thursday Brussels brutal attacks that have claimed 34 deaths and about two hundred wounded.
The Department of Protocol of the Prime Minister has directed that the flags on public buildings be flown at half-mast from today until 24:00 on Thursday, 24 March.
Besides the main state institutions, Congress and Senate, as well as municipalities throughout Spain, have called for this morning a minute of silence at 12:00 noon.
Alhama adds to this call, making this minute of silence in the Plaza of the Constitution at 12:00.
The Federation of Municipalities and Provinces has refer to all local government circular issued by Moncloa;
"As testimony to the pain of the Spanish Nation against the criminal attacks perpetrated in Brussels on March 22, 2016, it is determined that the flags be flown at half mast on all public buildings from 12:00 hours on March 22, 2016 until 24:00 on March 24, 2016 ".
