The municipal group of IU-Greens in the city of Alhama has the following amendments to the draft budgets for 2016
This year, it has fallen to the Socialist Party the development of the City of Alhama budget for 2016. There have been debated, the budgets of the various councils in each of the Sector Councils Municipal area.
Citizens and in this case alhameños need to know that the budget is not only economic figures, if not the project of the Municipal Administration for each year.
Therefore, the participation of residents is absolutely necessary, not worth us mere information to the Council of Citizen Participation.
The implementation of Participatory Budgeting in the Municipality of Alhama de Murcia is one of the basic points of the Electoral Izquierda Unida Program and is an instrument of direct participation that has been implemented in many municipalities in Spain and abroad with remarkable acceptance and success, this is a pending issue of this corporation in which we must go forward.
This budget has been modified in the process of information on actual revenue and also the economic contribution of the Autonomous Community is practically nil.
We find ourselves at the tail of the municipalities where the Autonomous Community provides money for investments ..
They are few or no investments planned for 2016 in the current budget.
Basically this budget allocates more than 90% of it to staff costs and running costs.
No budget items that generate added value and thus create jobs.
In response, IU-Greens propose a set of amendments to improve different aspects that affect job creation and investment.
IU-Greens bid to strengthen all areas of the City that influence the quality of life of people, in improving services to citizens.
