On Sunday April 17 at 12 am in the rotunda of Residual cube next to Monolith Republican mayor Gines Campos Gomez will take place the opening ceremony of the planned around the commemoration of the Day of the Republic in Alhama .

During the ceremony, which this year again participate together PSOE and IU-Green, will be the reading of a manifesto by the Republic, recital of poems by García Lorca and exposing a semblance of Ginés Campos.

The event will be enlivened by a band of young musicians from the town, led by Professor Andrés Santos, who interpreted the Hymn of Irrigation and various issues related to the Republic.

It will end with a wreath at the memorial monolith Mayor of Alhama Ginés Campos.
