The Plenum of the Municipal Corporation, in regular meeting on April 26 initially approved the new Municipal Ordinance Regulating the Occupation of Public Roads with terraces of Alhama.
As one of the main innovations, the new ordinance extends the permitted hours and days of occupation.
Article 5 "hours allowed occupation" are detailed as follows:
working-days and Sundays from 8: 00h to 0:00 h.
-Thursday, Friday, Saturday and before holidays: from 8: 00h to 1: 00h.
In summer season from April 1 to October 31 schedule occupation will be extended in an hour for weekdays until 1: 00h and Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and eve of public holidays until 2: 00h, in which if not reinstalled the tables and chairs before 09: 00h this day.
The decision opens a period of public exposure, so that interested parties can submit suggestions and complaints for a period of 45 working days before final approval.
