The Muslim Community in Alhama de Murcia has offered a breakfast this morning at the House of Culture to mark the end of Ramadan to show appreciation and approach to alhameña society.
The event to which were invited all the neighbors of Alhama, also attended by representatives of the various political groups and local councilors of the municipal corporation and Joseph Prior, pastor of St. Lazarus.
Mohamed Lamjounah, representative of the Muslim community, thanked the audience and the City for the transfer of a space at the Sports Complex Guadalentín to perform the prayers, as has apologized for any inconvenience they may have produced these days, also thanking the compression of the residents of Alhama.
At breakfast they were able to taste all kinds of Moroccan sweets made by the community itself, briwaf, ghiba bahla or warga, all made with natural products of the area as well as the traditional tea with mint.
