The spending ceiling is € 21,317,179, more than € 300,000 below revenue.
In the general context of income, there is a drop in the collection by IBI of the change in cadastral values ​​of unused land in the large urbanizations, the recurrent tax debt of previous years, which is around 2, 5 million euros.
As well as, the reduction by the cataloging of urban to rustica of numerous parcels of the outskirts of the urban helmet.
The overall revenue forecast compared to 2016 increased by € 102,772.42, or 0.47%, from € 21.5 million to € 21.6 million.

Of an income budget of 21,669,838 € plus 99% are current revenues, of which 16.2 million (75%) are provided directly by the alhameños through municipal taxes, rates and public prices, through chapters I , II and III of current income.

The Expenditures in this 2017 budget contemplate a total of 21,322,382 €.

That means a total of 93% of the budget allocated to Operating Expenses (19.6 million of the total 21.3).

The Municipal Group of IU-Verdes has carried out an intense analysis and consultation work, showing our discrepancies, especially before adjustments for the expenditure ceiling, with a reduction of 600,000 euros, distributed equally among personnel, current expenditure and investment.
In this regard, we would like to congratulate ourselves on the fact that 10 jobs have not finally been amortized, opting for alternative measures, in line with what was proposed by our Group.
