The General Directorate of Rural and Forestry Development of the Autonomous Community has proceeded a few minutes ago to close the Sierra Espuña road, specifically at the intersection of La Perdiz in Alhama and Las Alquerías in Totana.

Due to this circumstance, it is recommended not to climb with vehicles to Sierra Espuña, since it is practically impossible to change of direction given the small width of the road.

In one hour there will be a notice in the Trasvase area and depending on how the snowfall evolves you could cut the access further down.
