This week has begun in the municipal library, the last workshop within the information and social insertion itineraries launched by the Department of Social Services and that have been responding to the municipal regulations that regulate and manage the economic benefits For family support and social insertion (https://goo.gl/R8W2he).
This first group concludes its itinerary of nine months at the end of this month of May receiving a workshop of first aid and volunteering.
Alhama de Murcia Red Cross is responsible for imparting the first part of this training, offering basic knowledge to provide effective help to people in emergency situations, applying the appropriate procedures and techniques in health care.
In a second part, and hand in hand with the social entities of the municipality, as well as the municipal technicians, they will receive information about the associative reality of volunteering in the locality, becoming aware of the need and sense of volunteering and its importance.
