The company Iberdrola and the City of Alhama de Murcia have signed an agreement to carry out works to improve and adapt the transformation center (CT) located between Carlos III and Manuel Hernández Espadas streets, in order to improve both the physical environment and the Electric service of the area.
The works will consist of reducing the height of the CT booth to about 2.5 m, the aesthetic and electrical improvement of it, as well as the space occupied and the elimination of all the aerial electric lines in these streets, which They will be buried.
The main investment is carried out by Iberdrola and the municipality collaborates with an investment of € 10,094.28 in the part of electrical conduits.
While the works are being carried out in the old house of the CT, a temporary transformer will be installed to give continuity to the supply, estimating a duration of the works of about 10 days.
