The Secretary General of the PSOE of Alhama de Murcia and mayor of the municipality, Diego Conesa, has made public this afternoon his candidacy to lead the Socialist Party of the Region of Murcia.
The candidate has said: "I present the primary to the PSRM-PSOE General Secretariat, with loyalty and humility. I have the necessary basic support and all the strength and illusion to lead the regeneration of the Socialist Party of the Region of Murcia. More democracy and internal transparency, more militancy and municipalism will be some of my fundamental proposals.In these next days I will address the Secretaries General of all socialist groups in the Region to ask the Houses of the People, listen to the militants and define with all I will do the same with the 26 mayors and mayors to get the municipalist impulse. "
