The students of the CEIP Sierra Espuña and the IES Miguel Hernández have participated one more year in the XIV CARIERA KILÓMETROS DE SOLIDARIDAD EDITION, organized by the NGO 'Save the Children' for the defense and promotion of the rights of children inside and outside the classroom .
Through this didactic activity the students have known more closely the situation that millions of children in the most disadvantaged countries live daily.
This morning the schoolchildren have started a solidarity march from the school to the municipal auditorium 'Tierno Galván'.
Once there they have read some sentences about the initiatives they have made to collaborate with the organization 'Save the Children', they have also made a great puzzle and have presented the superhero 'Mega-Emotions', character that will serve for the theme of this center the next day February 9 in the children's carnival parade.
The act has been closed with a dance in which the little ones have been able to enjoy the last day of school until next Monday, February 5, when classes are resumed.
