The Local Government Board approved on February 27 the concession of urban planning license for the execution of works of the project of the new institute of secondary education Valle de Leiva, counting on the favorable reports of the municipal technicians.
With this approval, the Ministry of Education can continue with the bidding process of the works.
The new institute will be located in the area of ​​El Praíco, in a plot of municipal ownership of 8,172.53 m2 , in the area chosen in the neighborhood consultation of March 2016 .
At the same time, various works to improve the structuring and accessibility of the Los Dolores neighborhood will begin, such as the unique platform of Las Parricas street, the new access road and the development of the action unit 'El Praíco', which will give exit to Sagunto street towards the traffic playground.
The new institute will have two sports courts that, like the pavilion , can be used by the secondary school during school hours and will be available to all residents the rest of the time.
