The City Council renews the agreement with the five districts to organize their parties (21/03/2018)

The City Council of Alhama de Murcia has signed today new collaboration agreements with neighborhood associations of the five districts for a total amount of 4,400 euros to Las Cañadas, Gebas, La Costera and El Cañarico and 3,950 to El Berro.

The agreement, signed by the mayor, Diego Conesa, and in the presence of the councilman of Pedanías, Antonio García, establishes a fixed amount for each parish of 3,000 euros, intended to develop their patron saint festivities and 500 euros for festive and cultural Christmas events .

It also includes another 900 euros to Las Cañadas, Gebas, La Costera and El Cañarico and 450 euros to El Berro to cover the management, information and dissemination expenses of each association.

The agreement extends until January 6, 2019 and regulates with annexes the annual report to the Department of Pedanías by justification of the expenses with invoices, memory of the activities, other income and data of the associations.
