Recently, the Sambo Senior Spanish Championship was held in the Asturian town of Gijón.
It counted with the participation of 3 members of the Club Judo Alhama, who achieved a plenary session with excellent results:
Natalia Noriega, champion of Spain in -48 kilos.
Irene Díaz, champion of Spain at -52 kilos.
Raquel Díaz, champion of Spain in -56 kilos.
The 3 athletes will be waiting for the technical decision to assess their participation in the European Championship to be held from May 18 to 20 in Greece.
REGIONAL CHILDREN CHAMPIONSHIP AND CADETE
On March 17 took place the Regional Championship for children and cadets in San Pedro del Pinatar.
The activity was organized by the Judo Federation and had the participation of approximately 120 athletes and clubs from all over the Murcian geography.
From the Judo Alhama Club, 3 athletes performed, who achieved the following results:
Delia García, 2nd in the female children's category -63 kilos.
Carlos Torrents, 5th in the male children's category -46 kilos.
Javier Corbalán, 5th in the male children's category -46 kilos.
