A new tool to work on the Declaration of National Tourist Interest of Easter Sunday
The Councilor for Culture, Alicia Martinez, and the president of the Board of Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods, José María Díaz, presented this morning the website of the Holy Week in Alhama de Murcia, a page that puts value on work and all the heritage cultural involvement, seeking to encourage the participation of residents and visitors in the activities.
This new portal is conceived in a dynamic, modern and functional way, giving priority to the audiovisual elements that allow the user to enter the Holy Week of Alhama.
It is a living element, composed of different sections that will be expanded and providing more information as it evolves.
The first section that the user can find is the History of Holy Week in Alhama, which has a short review and a video.
The description gives information of curiosities, details, tradition and culture of a people that "has been able to manifest in the incomparable scenery of the street, the whole drama of the Passion of Christ, in a festival of colors, smells, tastes and sound".
The Processions section collects each of the scheduled appointments, accompanied by their steps, itineraries, departure times and organizers.
In the Agenda you can see all the religious cults and other acts linked to the Holy Week of Alhama, detailed in a simple and easy to read.
There is also the hand booklet for all the neighbor who wishes to open it and download it.
The Brotherhoods section is one of the most notable sections of the website and the most extensive.
It includes a brief description of each one of the five fraternities and fraternities with information about its foundation year, clothing, history, images, the map of the headquarters and its social networks.
There is also a part dedicated to the Board of Brotherhoods, which has information about this institution, its functions, images and the agreement signed with the City Council of Alhama for the period 2016-2019.
The website has a list from 1989 to the present time of Town Cries of Holy Week in Alhama.
In this section you can see a photo of each of the chosen ones, and also read his proclamation.
Inside Cartelería, an important work of digitization of all the posters of our Holy Week is being done.
The Bandas section combines the musical formations that currently exist in the brotherhoods and fraternities.
In this case, it provides information about the Santa María Magdalena Music Group, the Cornetas and Tambores Band of Our Lady of Sorrows and Solitude, and the La Veronica Band (Los Coloraos), which is being re-formed this year.
In Actualidad they appear the news related to Holy Week, like for example the most recent: the photography contest, the food tribute of the Board of Brotherhoods or the extension in the closing time of the hotel establishment during the next days.
Alicia Martinez, has indicated that "we continue working to achieve the declaration of National Tourist Interest of the Resurrection Sunday Meeting, a proposal agreed by both the City Council and the Board of Guilds and that bet on that day given its uniqueness and its special characteristics that attract many visitors ", adding that after the attainment of the Mayos" we have the necessary experience to carry out the file ".
José María Díaz, president of the Board of Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods, explained that "the web is the beginning and should be completed with the contribution of documents, photography and history that is missing from each fraternity and that has the support of the Board of Brotherhoods in this initiative. "
The mayor of Culture, has ended encouraging all residents of Alhama "to participate in this Holy Week from within and working to continue making this special date."
