Today has held the board of directors of Industrialhama, a commercial company that is already 100% public, formed by the Autonomous Community, through the Institute of Development of the Region of Murcia (INFO), and the City of Alhama de Murcia, Presided by the mayor of the municipality, Diego Conesa.
Among the agreements adopted is the approval of the 2017 accounts, which once again show positive results to face new investments in the improvement and expansion of the Alhama Industrial Park.
The treasury forecasts for 2018 have also been approved and some adaptations of the agreements with companies that wish to settle in this space to adapt to their needs.
One of the characteristics of the Park will continue to be the competitive price, which can also be adjusted to the demands of payment in the investments made by the companies that acquire plots there.
It has also approved the purchase of some land and take the first steps for the tender of the expansion projects of the Industrial Park, with the aim of having large plots before possible investments that may come to Alhama, as has happened in recent years .
The council has decided to acquire some ships to perform the function of business incubators and as a complement to the CIDE building, which is fully occupied.
Industrialhama and the Alhama Industrial Park continue to be the core of business investments in the municipality, as well as an element of planning for the present and the future, in which the City Council continues to collaborate closely.
An example of this is the contributions made so that the Technological Center of Footwear and Plastic have better facilities since this year 2018.
