The mayor of Alhama, Diego Conesa, today signed a collaboration agreement, together with the municipalities of Librilla, Mazarron and Jumilla, to promote the exchange of data on Social Services and the implementation of a single file.
A document signed by the Minister of Family and Equal Opportunities, Violante Tomás.
The electronic exchange of this information will allow all the data and mandatory reports that the professionals of the town halls have to carry out in this matter, both in the instruction and processing of procedures that are related to the Murciano Institute of Social Action (MAS), to realize them using the Unified System of the Information System of Users of Social Services (SUSI), being for them an indispensable electronic tool in their daily work.
The program allows the consultation of the status and the most important details of all the files managed in the IMAS with respect to a citizen.
As for the profile of the citizen, it informs about his residence address, his representative, his address of notification, his form of notification, date of birth, data of his parents, DNI and sanitary card, among others.
In relation to the social service centers of public or concerted ownership, it also informs about the attendance of the persons, past or present, the monthly settlements and co-payments made, the absences and the hospital admissions.
In disability recognition records, it reflects the values of mobility, degree of disability and third person, documents requested and delivered, appointments made.
With the accessions of today, a total of 25 city councils already have access to the system, which will be extended to the rest of the municipalities of the Region and associations of Social Services.
When the implementation of SUSI ends in all the municipalities of the Region, it is expected that it will reach some 70,000 users of Social Services who process their files with the IMAS.
According to the first estimates that have been made, the exchange of data will allow the processing times with the administration to be considerably reduced and shorten an average of three months.
The system also includes information on dependency and non-contributory pensions, Lismi and Fas, processed files, latest payrolls collected, documents requested, documents delivered, current account for collection, and other data in the file, as well as basic income or other benefits economic
SUSI manages the authorization of the citizen for the transfer of his data to the local entity in the event that he had not previously stated in any of the requests of the IMAS.
To this end, there is an electronic record of data transfers of the citizen, to which the citizen can request their withdrawal or registration at the time they wish.
