The Consistory of the town has welcomed this morning the signing of the annual agreement between the City, the Urban Conservation Authority Industrial Park and Industrialhama Alhama, an agreement which aims at preserving, maintaining and improving the image of the Industrial Park Alhama.
The mayor of Alhama de Murcia, José Espadas, signed this morning the annual agreement with Rafael Abad, president of Just Industrialhama and Palomares, representing the Conservation Authority.
The first mayor of the municipality highlighted the "clear commitment to the business" that the government team has been developing, realizing the importance that employment is our park.
It also stated that they will continue efforts to find an improvement that will undoubtedly redound to the benefit of all alhameños.
As pointed out by the council of Industry, Jose Lopez, under this agreement, the City provides an annual grant of 36,000 euros and Industrialhama, as promoter of the park, providing the amount of 42,300 euros to above.
Moreover, he added the mayor, the City also has set up the Industrial Development Agency in the building CIDE, to advise employers and coordinate actions to promote and develop the park to increase the influx of services and businesses in the park.
Will also be the Consistory to carry out an awareness campaign and business activities in the park for the information of all citizens, to increase the inflow into the services and businesses in the park alhameño.
For its part, Industrialama also assumes the cost of installing a tower on it that Urban Entity can install the necessary equipment to disappoint with the Image wifi security cameras for surveillance and control of the industrial park.
The signatories expressed their satisfaction with the agreement and stressed the importance of joint efforts to seek an improvement in our industrial park.
Palomares just pointed out that, despite times of crisis we are experiencing, it is important to "have the tuning done to take off when they run better times."
