The Minister of Presidency and Public Administration, María Pedro Reverte, and the mayor of Alhama de Murcia, José Swords, today inaugurated the renovation work of Miguel de Cervantes garden of the resort, which involves an investment of 193,833 euros, of which Autonomous Community has contributed 90,000.
The performance consisted of the renovation and refurbishment of this park and public garden with paved walks and access to the site, new fencing, improved lighting and paving of a large interior area for leisure activities.
The garden also now has Biosalud equipment for youth and adults to exercise.
There are eight devices that allow users to warm up, coordination of legs and arms and relaxation.
The renovation also includes improving the street furniture and woodland park.
This garden, located in the urban area of town, between Calle Cervantes, Mariano Haro and dance, in a residential area in front of the sports The Praico, is one of the most used recreational areas for locals.
