On Monday, December 13 starts at the Casa de Cultura de Alhama the last of the courses that the City Council will organize in food handling.
Will take place on days 13, 14 and 16 December at 20:30 hours to 23:00 hours.
Which can only attend to the November 30, 2010 have completed their pre-registration and payment of the relevant fee.
To do this they are sending letters to all registered citation.
It is expected that more than 110 students receive training on handling and storage of food and hygiene of workers, risks of infection and emergency procedures in case of occurrence.
