BIOGRAPHY MALVARICHE
In early 1986 formed in Alhama de Murcia BANDA MALVARICHE in principle covers of a couple of songs from Mike Oldfield (In sweet joy and Portsmouth) and then creating the group's own issues and adapting parts of the tradition of Murcia.
For two consecutive years (1986-1987) won the Folk Music YOUNG MURCIA, representing the two years the community of Murcia in the national competition for young musicians, held those two years in Guadalajara.
These events brought him to venture into the world of folk to be living two weeks folkis musicians from around the state.
The first of the two there is a sound testimony, the first recording of MALVARICHE BANDA, two issues within the live compilation album of that competition.
A virtually impossible to find vinyl edited by RNE.
In 88 BANDA MALVARICHE is dissolved, but most musicians form the rock group VIA DEAD, BLACK MARKET later that dissolves in 90.
With a change of members and leaving a little to make Symphonic Folk Folk-Rock, reborn in 91 MALVARICHE (plain), 92 recorded their first album "La Leyenda", 95 "Let it rain, let it rain! "
and 98 "in concert" in May 2002 decided to leave the stage, the group fired in a special concert with songs from all eras and all members who spent over 17 years by the group.
In May 2006, at the request of the City of Alhama de Murcia which appoints the year CORREMAYOS MAYOR, return to an activity that Malvariche created years ago for the Fiesta de Los Mayos and served as an appetizer for the festival ALHAMA FOLK CONCERT, the parade DE CORREMAYOS, a parade atypical as the group played live on a float up their most holidays and was accompanied in the beginning by a few tens of people wearing colorful costumes and bells.
Also after the parade performing live at the Auditorium on another edition of Folk Concert Alhama, near Salt cedar and Mercedes Peon.
For this return on time MALVARICHE consists of four original members, Rafael Medina, Juan Romero, Alfonso Marín and Juan Jose Robles, and lay hold of Constantino López for the electric guitar, which had acted with them from 2000 to 2002, and Diego Cánovas for the battery.
The public wanted to see again by the parade Malvariche translates into thousands of people dressed up to accompany the group throughout the tour, and then a full house at the Auditorium.
This encourages the group to stay together at least once a year for the aforementioned parade the first Saturday in May.
In the following years Paco Vilches (electric guitar in the second and third disk) replaces Constantino López.
In 2010, the group considers the direct return again and start preparing a new album for 2011 to celebrate 25 years of the band.
Juan Jose Robles waiver to continue as they do not have time to be with La Banda del Pepo and Manuel Luna and The Gang maquila (here with John Romero), in his post comes Germain Medina seized of the mandolin and lute.
In November 2010 the tracks begin to prepare the new album and Paco Vilches also decide not to continue due to work, was replaced by Juan Pedro Garcia (ex-mate Juan Romero in TRIBAL SON).
