The IU-Greens position is for a broad participation of citizens in political life does not respond to the belief that it is a right that has been granted, if not the recognition of a right that belongs to them.
Direct participation in the institutions is crucial, because it assumes that citizens really feel that part of them that would be an improvement in the democratization process of the same, bringing in excluded sectors or groups thus achieving an increase the field of rights and freedoms.
Even considering that representatives form the municipal corporation represent a large segment of the population should not do alhameña deaf ears and blind eyes to the social reality that exists around us.
Having triggered the May 15 and subsequent social mobilizations that are taking place at global, national, regional and local level with the continued activity of Alhama Assembly, we believe it is time to consider another form of citizen participation, which have place associations, social movements or any citizen individually, they are useful and valid instrument for cooperation with public authorities in the common goal of a better quality of life and increased services that the council should offer its citizens.
Just finished a campaign in which all parties represented here we had in our program of citizen participation as one of the most important, we believe it is time to demonstrate that not only were words to get votes.
The Spanish Constitution is committed to a participatory democracy, representative democracy and linking a parliamentary elements of direct democracy, and in Art.9.2 says, "is for the government to facilitate the participation of all / as the / the citizens in the political, economic, cultural and social "himself in the Art.29 recognizes the right of individual and collective request in Article 51 the right to information and participation.

For these reasons, the Municipal Group IU-Greens in Alhama de Murcia City Council proposes to the House the following:
That, in the question and answer section that follows the full City Council Alhama de Murcia, have the right to intervene any citizen of Alhama, belonging to associations, groups, social movements or individual level, this intervention would take place before or after the political groups (as decided by the Mayor)
Keep this in all full right without prior consultation.
Consider this as the first step to a firm plans, real and equal participation.
