In the presentation, the chairman outlined the objectives and future claims of this newly formed association, which are:
Objectives.
Among the targets set in the bylaws, include the following.
combat the underground economy, or what is the same, with companies that do not meet legal requirements, working with the Labour Inspectorate and other institutions, etc..,.
This situation is hurting the industry and companies like us want to be within the law.
To fight against this type of individual companies is difficult.
What can not happen is that companies trying to go away to do things right, as it should be, as we mark the law.
We, I mean the future partnerships, we must lead by example and be the first to comply with the legal framework, as the company not willing to comply with the law of association is wrong.
are several ideas we have to undertake this task, but do not want to do this act very extensive.
however we are willing to all suggestions.
To represent the local industry against the various institutions whether public or private.
It does the same force that claims of individual claims across the sector and stronger the more we can do.
COMMON FRONT
Order and claim to our City, to bet on companies for possible works Alhama it has to perform in our town.
We have heard that companies are not capable of Alhama perform certain works.
It may be that we are not able to do all the work they require, but I assure those present that there are companies Alhama very valid for almost all types of buildings and works.
I'm sure that they are speaking training is partly bureaucratic and can be remedied with training, information and looking forward to cooperation by both parties.
Ultimately safeguard the interests of partners.
FUTURE CLAIMS.
It's the Annual General Meeting, where the elected leadership and democratically by all stakeholders, which should study the current situation, how it will set the action to meet the above objectives and how far we are willing to go as an association.
Fees .- Many wonder, how much it will cost me and if the desire is to collect.
The partnership launches non-profit, and without establishing any fee in the beginning ..
However, it is clear that if we need money to do things.
For example, if we are training, if we want advertising, etc..
As I said above, will be the Annual General Meeting which will decide these issues.
It should be a fundamental principle of the Association, trying to tackle the increased number of projects for potential partners, but at the lowest possible cost to them.
EFFICIENCY.
In particular, since FRECOM, opt for this partnership and want to join them from the beginning.
Therefore, all members of the Association may use the services provided FRECOM end of the year, at no cost and no obligation to remain.
It is an opportunity to see first hand how services are provided by the Federation and in the future to assess our membership in it or other associations of higher nature.
