On February 28 met the jury that awards the prize Violet this year reaches its seventeenth edition.

This award recognizes the work of a woman alhameña that, through their personal or professional has contributed to the achievement of equal opportunities for women.

The prize was awarded to Maria de las Mercedes Romero Navarro who plays the local police profession for 30 years.

The award, which consists of a unique white gold clasp, will take place on Thursday 8 March at the House of Culture at the gala that will have that effect at 20.00 hours.
