On March 20 BORM were published in both the new Organic Regulation of our City Council, as the Statute of Citizenship which were finally approved in Parliament in February.
This will mean that the next plenary session in March and there is a regulation of the speaking time of the councilors during the plenary sessions.
On the other hand the neighbors concerned may submit written questions or requests during the first fortnight of every month, so that the mayor set the end of each plenary a floor for the audience who previously requested it.
Therefore this development can not proceed until the full month of April.
Finally it should be noted that as the Statute of Citizenship transitional provision, entities and associations registered with the City Clerk before the entry into force of this Statute shall be subject to it and continue discharged from the new Municipal Register of Citizens Associations and Institutions, establishing a period of two months which will end on 20 May, such bodies and associations to update or provide documentation that they may be lacking according to regulations in this legal text that is posted on the municipal website.
Also please those associations and citizens' organizations have not yet registered to do so, because otherwise may not be members of the local board to be established Participation soon, nor may apply for grants to the City.
