The Local Government Board in regular session held on April 11, 2012, approved, among others, various arrangements that have realized this morning, Carmen Maria Rodriguez, Councillor of the Presidency.
The mayor has listed the decisions taken, in addition to building permits and the implementation of activities are as follows:
Approve Certification n ° 14 of the works called "Rehabilitation of Municipal Building: House of Ores," amounting to the amount of € 52,205.25 including VAT.
Approve the contract specifications for open, based on various award criteria and regular proceedings of the Education Service Municipal Nursery School "Gloria Fuertes" Alhama de Murcia.
On April 18, meeting the body, it was agreed:
Adhere to the file opened by the city of Yecla, for the award, posthumously, the title of Son of the City of Yecla D.
Juan Miguel Rodriguez Benedito for his dedication for twenty-four years of his life in the city of Yecla as Councilman and Mayor.
Joining the celebration of 550 anniversary of the founding of the town of Archena.
Approve Certification No. 5 of the works called "Paving in C / Federico Servet, Concepción, Valeros, and San Roque."
POS 2011, Building No. 14, amounting to the amount of € 55,699.07 including VAT.
Approve the Call and basis for awarding grants to social projects in the town of Alhama de Murcia, being the deadline for instances of thirty days from the day on April 24, and explained to the Board Ads of City Hall.
Accept the transfer in ownership by the Heritage Department of the Autonomous Community of Murcia for a vehicle to the local police.
Approve the Proposed Town Planning Councillor for the Modification Table of Prices of Types of Constructions and Installations, applicable to planning discipline records.
As for the agreement toados in session on April 25 were as follows:
Grant aid of € 150 for rentals of buildings and local entrepreneurs in Alhama de Murcia, the five people who have requested it and who meet the requirements of the Rules, for a maximum of six installments, subject to continued activity during those six months.
Also, the call remains open until the next date marked on the bases, which is the June 20, 2012.
Approve and ratify the Cooperation Agreement between the City of Alhama de Murcia and the IES Valle de Leiva de Alhama, for the development of workplace training in the vocational training of professional training.
Approve Rules and Announcement of grants to Women's Associations of Alhama de Murcia, initiating the filing deadline day following the publication of these rules on the bulletin board of City Hall, and will run until 31 May 2012.
Approve the Cooperation Agreement with the Sports Association to organize NOGOVI Local League Futsal.
Approve the Cooperation Agreement between the City of Alhama de Murcia and the Spanish Red Cross, Local Office Alhama, to regulate the cooperation of both parties through the base of relief that the latter is in the town, giving the City the amount € 50,000, for the purpose of defraying expenses incurred primarily for the ambulance.
Approve Agreements with the musical group of Alhama de Murcia, for the management of the School of Music with the amount of € 65,256.60 and the Band with the amount of 10,000 €.
Approve the Partnership to carry out training practices between the Hon.
Municipality of Alhama de Murcia, through the Department of Women and Integrated Services Company AMG, SL
Adopt Annex I for the experiments in the city of Alhama of two student Librilla IESO, through the cooperation agreement signed with these institutions to develop training module in the Workplace.
Finally, the mayor has realized the decisions the Local Government Board took at the meeting of May 2:
Grant planning permission.
Grant authorization for commissioning of activities.
Approve Certification No. 6-Final of the work entitled "Paving in C / Federico Server, Concepcion and San Roque Valeros. POS 2011, amounting to the amount of 13,102.23 euros including VAT.
