The Municipality of Alhama de Murcia has hosted this morning the signing of a new planning agreement necessary for the development of Paramount Park and the LifeStyle Center.
This agreement replaces the one signed in December 2011 because, after the departure of the Sierra de Alhama land and the purchase of new ones by PREMURSA was necessary to draft a new document adapted to the entry of new land and other output.
The document was signed by the mayor of Alhama de Murcia, Alfonso Morales and Fernando Ceron CEO society Murcianos flagship projects (PREMURSA), Jesus Samper and by the secretary of the consistory, David Ré Soriano.
This agreement is the basis on which the Plan is being drafted to regulate the Special Urban Development Project and Paramount Park Lifestyle Center of Alhama.
This agreement replaces the agreement signed in December 2011 and has changed the scope thereof, ie the land on which theme park will be located and LifeStyle Center, 1,554,000 m².
The new Urban Special Plan, therefore, be applied on land already owned and final, which will conclusively establish urban and environmental conditions of the project.
Signing this agreement represents the final urban backing for the project, which is continuing on schedule.
That is, it is expected that in November the City Council is willing to grant planning permission for the construction of tourist complex, is expected to open in the first half of 2015.
According to the mayor assured the signing of this morning "highlights once again that this project will be a reality in the coming years."
It also recalled that Alhama de Murcia is a "municipality exemplary" which features, among other things, the Infrastructure Plan, which has made possible largely the choice of Alhama by PREMURSA for the location of Paramount Park.
This plan provides for the implementation and construction of all necessary services for residential covered by the Municipal General Management Plan (water supply, sewage, electrical substations ...).
The PGMO, amongst which areas are land Paramount Park.
For his part, Jesus Samper has show has become convinced of the great viability of this project since Paramount Park will become a unique tourist destination in Europe, which will feature the art attractions for all ages, divided into 4 zones thematic as well as with 2 themed hotels.
On the other hand, has announced that from 30 September to 1 October PREMURSA opening in the underside of the CIDE building located in the Industrial Park of Las Salinas.
For its part, the LifeStyle Center aims to establish itself as the hub of business, cultural and leisure in the region throughout the year, thanks to its 7 hotels and recreation area including a Street Mall, restaurants, bars , clubs, casino, convention center, an auditorium and an office area.
