Next week our City Council will carry out the demolition of the dwelling located on Avenida Juan Carlos n ° 77 to extend the Bank Pintor and connect to the Plaza de las Eras, and connect with all the adjoining streets (Oscar Romero , Doctor Fleming, Louis Pasteur ... etc.) significantly improving the accessibility of these streets, aperturándolas a main road as the Avenida Juan Carlos I.
This demolition also get better traffic on market days and the periods in which the fair is closed to traffic as the holidays are local.
This demolition has been hired and is scheduled to run on August 22 with an operating budget of 3958 euros.
With this demolition is completed perhaps one of the priorities highlighted in our PGMO road and it has been possible because the Corporation has purchased and paid for housing that will be demolished, taking the last week of summer in August, to undertake these works which will provide a significant improvement to the fabric of surrounding streets and improving access for our Institute and Valle de Leyva to the Local Employment Center and the Women's Business Incubator.
An improvement of our roads will continue with the next scheduled for demolition this year consisting of the demolition of the CT of the C / Carlos III and Recaredo, with the transfer of the transformer station and demolition of the Tower, currently in the middle of the street and attached to private homes.
