The City Council of Alhama de Murcia announced that, as of November 1 will begin to punish pet owners who defecate in public trusts.
It is recalled that, as the ordinance reads several cleanings in article 50, paragraph 44, which is very serious infringement "not collect faeces of domestic animals when they perform on the sidewalks, driveways and other elements of the public roads and not cleaning dirty areas for that reason. "
Since, at present, many pet owners are still allowing and letting their animals defecate in public without removing faeces, remember it is a serious offense and that, consequently, apply the appropriate penalty.
