Carmen Maria Rodriguez, Chair Councillor, has realized the agreements reached at the meetings of the Local Government held in recent weeks.
So, the mayor noted that the decisions taken on November 6 were:
- Granting licenses to private works
- Approve the basis for granting direct subsidies to neighborhood associations and festival committees of the five districts of Alhama de Murcia, to celebrate their Christmas parties, amounting to 600 euros to each of these districts.
- Order of the Regional Employment and Training and Employment Office of Alhama, a Technical Assistant to perform tasks tourism support facilities dependent on the Department of Tourism, Culture and Heritage.
- Approve the Call and Basis for awarding six scholarships for students of Bachelor or similar studies, and post-graduate students or for the promotion of study and culture in the town of Alhama de Murcia, referred to the need for longer hours of study at the Cultural Center Plaza Vieja dependent Municipal Library.
- Approve the Call and Basis for granting aid to outstanding athletes and elite of Alhama de Murcia, during the season 2011/2012.
- Approval of extension of the Cooperation Agreement between the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and the city of Alhama de Murcia, to provide the Service Day Centre for the Intellectually Disabled Dependent in Alhama de Murcia, for first quarter of 2013.
- Approve the Bases of I Children's Drawing Contest "What is Volunteering for you?, On the occasion of the celebration of International Volunteer Day on 5th December.
- Approve the contract file and opening have negotiated procedure without publication, External Service Contract Teacher training activity "commercial agent".
- Approve the purchase costly way of sale of a piece of land in the game Gebas, bound for the construction of a waste water treatment station, for the price of 2494.60 euros.
- Set the operating structure of the Wastewater Treatment Station of Las Salinas, incorporating the new pond to be built soon, realizing it to DG Environment, DG Water and Sanitation Regional Entity and Debugging (ESAMUR), for information and effects.

Granting licenses to private works
- Granting authorizations Proceedings of Commissioning and Operation of activities.
- Approve the extension of the cooperation agreement between the University and the city of Murcia Alhama de Murcia, for regulating the operation of a permanent University Extension.
- Approve the hiring of the service record for updating, expansion and maintenance of the Municipal Web Alhama de Murcia, with the maximum annual amount of the contract budget of EUR 12,000.00 Taxable, plus the amount of EUR 2520.00 concept of 21% VAT, down.
- To approve the Agreement between the Regional Employment and Training and the City Council, to perform labor practices in companies, under RD 1543/2011, of 31 October.
- To approve the granting of aid for rentals, in compliance with the Rules of the Program Helps building rental and local entrepreneurs in Alhama de Murcia, for an amount of 900.00 euros, corresponding to the help of 6 months' 150.00 euros to each of the applicant companies, as well as close the call because with the aid budget is exhausted credit allocated to them.
The Local Government Board in regular session held on November 21, 2012, approved, among others, the following agreements:
- Granting licenses to private works.
- Approve the 2012 Protocol, supplementing the Convention signed in 2011 between the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, through the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration and the city of Alhama de Murcia, for the development of actions related to Primary Care Social Services (2011-2012).
- Approve the contract dossier Comprehensive Counseling Service and Maintenance of various sports facilities.
- Approve the Prime Environmental Photo Contest "Preserve the Future", and spread them across all media, inviting and encouraging participation in this Contest alhameños.
- To approve the proposal of the Executive Councillor for Education grant to the Association of Parents of Students / As (AMPAS) of schools in the city by 2012, with their amount of EUR 800.00 each.
- Approve the proposals of the Executive Councillor of Sports for approval of agreements with various local clubs for the use of sports facilities.
- Approve the proposal of Councillor for the Environment approved document "Organic gardening FAMILY.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR AWARD, use and management ", in order to regulate the entire application process, delivery and use of the plots.
- Approve the signing of the cooperation agreement between the city of Alhama de Murcia and La hotbed Association for Project Management Municipal Ecological Family Orchards.
The Local Government Board in regular session held on November 28, 2012, approved, among others, the following agreements:
- Granting licenses to private works.
- Approve the contract dossier Service teleassistance Township Alhama de Murcia, approving the specifications by which to govern this contract, with the maximum annual amount of the contract budget of EUR 38,400.00 plus the amount of 1536.00 euros in VAT.
- To approve the Cooperation Agreement between the City of Alhama de Murcia and Irrigation Alhama, for maintaining the Municipal Stormwater Reservoirs.
- To approve the proposal of the Executive Councillor for Culture and Heritage for approval of Tender School Christmas Cards 2012.
The Local Government Board at its regular meeting on December 4, 2012, approved, among others, the following agreements:
- Granting licenses to private works.
- Grant permission startup activity.
- Request to the Ministry of Health and Social Policy subsidy amounting to EUR 35,913.33 for the project activities of Local Employment Centre 2012.
- Award the Contract Teaching Course External Service "commercial agent" to the merchant Inforges TRAINING, SL, amounting to 19,575.00 VAT exempt, pursuant to the conditions set out in the tender documents that have governed such employment.
- To approve the Framework Agreement with the Polytechnic University of Valencia, for the participation of both in Education and Employment, through a Cooperative Education Program.
- Declare social interest to the municipality of Alhama de Murcia, the execution of works called "Project 11/11 for Supply Librilla Alhama de Murcia and Lorca from Splitter (MU / Alhama) requesting Commonwealth of Channels Taibilla that these works are carried out in 2013.
- Approve the Technical Project called "Installing WWTP and Sanitation Collector Gebas, TM Alhama de Murcia", implementing a budget of 234,339.43 euros contract, declaring social interest to the municipality of Alhama de Murcia conducting of such works.
