The City Council of Alhama, and in particular the Youth Council has organized a cooking class and economic balance to be conducted in the Bartolos Arrocería, whose teacher is Miguel Angel Garcia, the Bartolos restaurant cook.
The youthful mayor, Carmen Maria Rodriguez has presented the course along with Chef Miguel Angel Garcia, noting that in the course we will learn to cook evenly and economically addition, two concepts are not incompatible in modern cuisine.
The course will be held from 8 to 11 April, in the kitchen of the Bartolos Arrocería, the hours are from 18 to 20 h.
and the entry fee is 15 euros.
