Alhama City Council, through the Planning Department, recalls that, as outlined in a proclamation of Mayor dated February 23, 2011, next April 4, 2013 is the deadline for homeowners Located on UNSEC areas, Zones 18-01, 19-02, 20-04 and 15-09 Zone Sector USEC, to urge the legalization of their properties.
Also, the same day, also is the deadline to regularize existing homes and land for development activities Sectorizado No, undeveloped land inadequate and undeveloped land Protected by Planning, which do not have planning permission.
Moreover, and as modified 5 of the General Municipal Management Plan Alhama de Murcia:
It is proposed that the first transitional provision for regularization of housing and allowing the regularization activities in soils undeveloped Protected by Planning, with the following conditions:
1 °. - That at the time of exposure to the public from PGMO Advance Planning, (2004), were completed.
2 °. - That use is not inconsistent with those expected in the PGMO

4 °. - The period during which the buildings and activities may qualify for treatment under this provision shall be one year from the entry into force of this Amendment to the General Plan.
5 °. - An application to legalize the building was attached document signed by a competent technician, justifying their integration into the landscape, and if the necessary actions to complete the aforementioned integration.
6 °. - An application to legalize the building for housing, together with any relevant documentation to ensure the security and proper sanitation, signed by a competent technician.
