The Department of Public Works and Services is conducting a series of negotiations and work to improve public lighting while reducing energy consumption and achieving savings in municipal spending.
Framed in this Action Plan have been replaced 40 streetlights on the way to the shrine of Gebas.
They have installed new streetlights with sodium lamps that come to replace the mercury.
Investment in this performance reaches € 6,800 amount, which will be amortized over three years as technical studies.
This amortization is possible because the new lights are a 42% energy saving.
