The city of Alhama de Murcia, through the Department of Works and Services, has undertaken the replacement of street lighting facilities in the garden of La Cubana.
The aforementioned council proceeded to improve public lighting installations replacing La Cubana 20 fixtures and installing new streetlights.
Specifically, they have been replaced mercury lamps of 125 W for other 70W white sodium
Withdrawals lamps produce an annual consumption of 2,200 euros, while the current will only produce an annual expenditure of 1,265 euros.
It also passes a 90 lux illumination at 160 lux.
With this intervention that saves energy by 42%, achieved a return on investment of 5,500 euros in 4.5 years.
