Alhama City Council, through the Department of Social Welfare has launched an initiative that aims to provide parents with the relationship with their children.
"School for Parents" which is the name of the program, will air every Friday at Cope Espuna 88.7 on the dial or through the web www.villadealhama.es every Friday from 11.00.
The first program will take place tomorrow, Friday April 26.
Maria Carmen Diaz, head of the states that this initiative aims to help parents, today, are showing great concern for the education of their children.
The programs have a duration of 20 minutes and the lead psychologist Carmen Tárraga.
The program will feature the following topics:
Program 1
The educational objectives of parents.
The family atmosphere.
Affection and communication.
Program 2
Learn and improve social skills.
Program 3
Emotional skills in the family: anger, sorrow, joy, disgust, surprise and fear.
Program 4
The evolutionary development in childhood and adolescence.
Program 5
Puberty and adolescence.
Emotional and social development in adolescence.
Program 6
Free time.
Internet and new technologies.
Program 7
Improve family life.
Program 8
Academic self-esteem.
Encourage study and learn.
Moreover, soon, these programs will be posted on the municipal website for parents to listen to them when they see fit.
