From IU-Greens regret that this government, which imposes to the Opposition and deadlines for all citizens, not come to the plenary with the homework done.
The plenary began with the approval of the minutes of the March regular plenary, which at the request of IU-Greens literally included the unfortunate Mr Mayor in the question and answer section on the Suspension that included to Industrialhama.
Later realized the Treasurer's Report and Budget Settlement 2012, which after adjustments applied by Intervention puts us in the red with a deficit of € 334,066.08, so the goal is not met budgetary stability and forces City Council to develop a Financial Plan to rebalance the municipal accounts.
Regarding the Delinquency Report is produced quarterly, not being available with the time and manner required us to ask some questions about different bills that had not been clarified prior to the conclusion of each session.
Regarding the appeal against the approval of the List of Jobs of the City Council, reiterated for the third time our vote against this RPT and again express our disagreement with the Rajoy government decree that obliges us in budgetary and personnel.
Upon approval of the fair value of the plot that leads to the path of the new water treatment plant Berro, we are glad that finally a solution to this issue that had entrenched too long, highlighting the management of the Municipal Government.
In the sixth point raised the initial approval of the amending Regulation Aid of Social Services, where again we miss that prior to any approval of such advisory bodies to shirk because it has not passed by the Council of Social Welfare and the Citizen Participation.
The last item on the agenda was the IU-Greens motion in which, at the alarming and tragic situation that many Spanish daily living by evictions promoted by banks, we asked urge the Regional Government to adopt measures characteristics similar to those adopted by the Andalusian Government to ensure social function of housing, for which we demanded "less sentimentality and increased sensitivity to people evicted from their homes and thrown into the street."
We welcome the proposal to raise again a joint initiative similar, so we accept it on the table, but not before remembering that the motion was filed on April 15, was raised in the Council of Elders and the Commission prior information the plenary did without criticism or contribution to it by or CCD or the PP.

In the question and answer section from the Municipal Group of IU-Greens we are interested in: the stair of the House of Culture that does not work, the passage of the river guardrails Guadalentin on Coastal Highway that took the flood last September, the refusal of permission for the exhibition of the Republic in the House of Culture, as well as the status of implementation and processing of the numerous motions passed by the House of which we know nothing.
