In a plenary session at midnight this morning in the city of Alhama de Murcia, it has finally approved the Special Plan for the Implementation of the Paramount Theme Park with an absolute majority of the government team and the votes against the opposition ( PSOE and IU Greens).
After collecting all necessary reports for final approval, the full City Council of Alhama has completed the processing initiated in 2010 and which will, in short time, begin work on the park.
Following today's approval, the approval will be published in the BORM what will happen after exposure over a period of one month.
Finished latter administrative processing, PREMURSA can start work.
Around this point, also took place the final approval of the Amendment 1 of the Common Infrastructure Plan of Tourist Development-South Residential Township Alhama de Murcia, plan that has joined Paramount development and establishing the terms and procedures to provide the theme park necessary service infrastructure (water treatment, electrical flow, water ...)
Coupled with all this, it has approved the planning agreement with Cason de Carrascoy SL on transfer of land for environmental improvement and urban use in obtaining Paramount Park, PREMURSA acquired land and are part of the park.
