So congratulations to our City Council for taking this decision and encourage you to continue in that line of promotion of our districts and our tourism.

Also important was the approval of the agreement regulating the working conditions of civil servants and staff work, because after almost two years of negotiations, finally the Department of Personnel has been able to sign this agreement with the representatives of the workers, which was impossible in the previous term and now, thanks to the goodwill of the parties, has managed, despite being immersed in an adverse economic situation.

The signing of this agreement represents consolidate a good working environment in our City that keeps us from labor disputes.

Finally note as positive the fact that local groups once again be put under to approve two motions, one joint on measures to ensure the fulfillment of the social function of housing, defending the right we all enjoy a decent and adequate housing and the second by IU-Greens on unconventional gas extraction, a new technique that could have negative effects on the population or the environment, which in the case of our town is exacerbated by the fact that we settled on a major fault, prone to earthquakes and also because in our basement we enjoy a special appeal, as are our hot springs, we are obliged to protect by all means.
