The building of the House of Culture has been remodeled and upgraded.
The Mayor of Alhama de Murcia, Alfonso Ceron Fernando Morales, along with Councilwoman Municipal Offices, Maria Jose Ceron and Youth councilors, Carmen Maria Rodriguez and local police, Angela Sanchez, released this morning gave the reasons why it has been improved and changed the House of Culture.
The building, in 1974, came to need some improvement and, although in the previous legislature had intended to build a new building adapted to current needs, as noted by the mayor, given the state of economic decline which crosses are has chosen to renovate the building.
The mayor of Municipal Offices has clarified that the investment exceeds 20,000 euros and that this would have changed the floor, doors and windows of the main entrance has also changed all access entry to the building and its exterior has been painted and entire entry.

Today, the House of Culture hosts the councils of Celebration, Seniors, Youth and hamlets and the IT department, the assembly hall, classrooms Adult School and the Office of Consumer Information.
