This Saturday at 20.00 hours in the House of Culture, closes on Filmmaking Course VIII with the screening of three short films.
The cast, besides the presence of professional actors from out of town, it has the presence of alhameños María Jesús Pérez, Ramón Blas Sanchez and Valverde, Auger theater group, journalist Tomas Lopez and young Salva Guill and Lola Canovas.
The shootings have developed in places like Old Town Square, Fair Street, City Hall, Telealhama studies and Ral own house.
Among the teachers of the course highlights the presence of Catalan director Xavi Puebla, who teaches classes on film direction.
His last film, "A cold door", won the critics awards and best lead actor, Antonio Dechent, the Spanish Film Festival in Malaga.
The cast of this movie is completed by María Valverde, Goya for Best Actress (2003), and veteran Hollywood actor Nick Nolte, nominated three times for an Oscar and Golden Globe Award for her performance in "The Prince of Tides ".
The course, which was founded in 2005, is organized by the Department of Culture and Heritage of Alhama de Murcia, in collaboration with the Department of Art History at the University of Murcia.
This year has had students from all over the region of Murcia and other places like Madrid and León.
